- Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other methods available at checkout.
- Lovely Nursery reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
- Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver across India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are specified during checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the location and courier service. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or transportation issues are not the responsibility of Lovely Nursery.
- In the event of any damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Return and Refund Policy
- We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lovelynursery.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Plants are living products, and thus, we cannot accept returns or refunds for plants that have been damaged due to improper care after delivery.
- Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly at info@lovelynursery.com.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as we may have already processed the order.
